How is it personalized?
This is the only class in which the workout is changed through what the goal for the day is, and how your body is responding throughout the workout. Our goal is to have the most optimal workout. This is the only class that can be rearranged to the members schedule. The members and trainer work with each other to move/ add sessions to the members convenience.Â
Our trainers are flexible and are here to fill your personal needs in the gym !!

Day 1: Assessment – a closer look at your current fitness and movement patterns.
Day 2: Purpose – define what matters most to you and your body.
Day 3: Goals – create a personalized plan and start progressing.
After Day 3, we advance your program with ongoing feedback and exercise analysis to keep you moving efficiently and confidently.

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 6:30 PM
Saturday: 10:30 AM
Pricing & Membership:
Included with Platinum & Gold memberships
$30 per session for non-Platinum/Gold members
Cancellations allowed up to 1 hour before the session
No-show fees: $10 for Platinum/Gold members, $30 for others
Non-members need a day pass to book a session
