💪 Personal Training with Mia 
Experience truly personalized training designed around your goals, your body, and your pace. Come workout with certified trainers who prioritize proper form and technique over heavy weights, ensuring every movement is safe, effective, and tailored to you. Up to 4 spots per session. 

How is it personalized?

This is the only class in which the workout is changed through what the goal for the day is, and how your body is responding throughout the workout. Our goal is to have the most optimal workout. This is the only class that can be rearranged to the members schedule. The members and trainer work with each other to move/ add sessions to the members convenience. 

Our trainers are flexible and are here to fill your personal needs in the gym !!

How it works:

  • Day 1: Assessment – a closer look at your current fitness and movement patterns.

  • Day 2: Purpose – define what matters most to you and your body.

  • Day 3: Goals – create a personalized plan and start progressing.
    After Day 3, we advance your program with ongoing feedback and exercise analysis to keep you moving efficiently and confidently.

  • Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 6:30 PM

  • Saturday: 10:30 AM

Pricing & Membership:

  • Included with Platinum & Gold memberships

  • $30 per session for non-Platinum/Gold members

  • Cancellations allowed up to 1 hour before the session

  • No-show fees: $10 for Platinum/Gold members, $30 for others

  • Non-members need a day pass to book a session

Zumba Sculpt is a high-energy, music-driven class that combines dance cardio with light strength training for a full-body workout. Designed to keep you moving while building endurance and muscle tone, this class blends the fun of Zumba with targeted sculpting intervals.

This format alternates between dance-based cardio and short strength segments using light weights. The continuous transitions keep your heart rate elevated while allowing you to focus on specific muscle groups throughout the workout.
